What are the special needs common to international adoption? What special needs do we see from specific countries? In this course, we interview Dr. Kimara Gustafson, an Associate Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Minnesota and a pediatrician at their Adoption Medicine Clinic. She also has a Masters in Public Health.

  • Understand the post-adoption care needed for some of the most common special needs in international adoption.
  • Understand what common special needs are seen in the major placing countries for international adoption.
